Kinderschutz-Standards

Hellohood hat null Toleranz für sexuellen Missbrauch und sexuelle Ausbeutung von Kindern (CSAE) sowie für Darstellungen sexuellen Kindesmissbrauchs (CSAM).

Unsere Standards

  • Nur ab 18: Hellohood ist ausschließlich für Erwachsene. Die Registrierung ist nur mit einem Geburtsdatum ab 18 möglich; Konten, die Minderjährigen gehören, werden gesperrt.
  • Verboten: jegliche Inhalte oder Verhaltensweisen, die Kinder sexualisieren, gefährden oder ausbeuten – einschließlich CSAM, Grooming, Anbahnung von Kontakten zu Minderjährigen und Pläne, die sich an Minderjährige richten.
  • Automatische Prüfung: Neue Pläne und Chatnachrichten werden automatisch auf Verstöße geprüft; auffällige Inhalte werden sofort ausgeblendet.
  • Melden in der App: Jeder Plan, jede Nachricht und jedes Profil kann mit einem Tipp gemeldet werden; Personen können blockiert werden. Meldungen prüfen wir innerhalb von 24 Stunden, Meldungen zum Kinderschutz vorrangig.
  • Konsequenzen: Inhalte werden entfernt und Konten dauerhaft gesperrt. Verdacht auf CSAM oder Kindesgefährdung melden wir den zuständigen Behörden (in Deutschland Polizei/BKA; international über das NCMEC bzw. die zuständigen Stellen) und sichern dafür nötige Daten im gesetzlichen Rahmen.
  • Recht: Wir halten alle geltenden Gesetze zum Schutz von Kindern ein, einschließlich des deutschen Strafrechts und des Digital Services Act der EU.

Child safety standards

Hellohood has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) and child sexual abuse material (CSAM).

Our standards

  • 18+ only: Hellohood is for adults only. Sign-up requires a date of birth showing 18 or older; accounts found to belong to minors are banned.
  • Prohibited: any content or behaviour that sexualises, endangers or exploits children — including CSAM, grooming, attempts to contact minors, and plans aimed at minors.
  • Automatic checks: new plans and chat messages are checked automatically; flagged content is hidden immediately.
  • In-app reporting: every plan, message and profile can be reported in one tap, and people can be blocked. We review reports within 24 hours, child-safety reports first.
  • Enforcement: content is removed and accounts are permanently banned. Suspected CSAM or child endangerment is reported to the relevant authorities (in Germany the police/BKA; internationally NCMEC or the competent authority), and we preserve the data required, within the law.
  • Law: we comply with all applicable child-safety laws, including German criminal law and the EU Digital Services Act.
