In der App (sofort)

  1. Öffne Hellohood und tippe auf Profil.
  2. Tippe oben auf das Zahnrad (Einstellungen).
  3. Tippe auf Konto löschen und bestätige.

Ohne App

Schreib von der E-Mail-Adresse deines Kontos an hello@gethellohood.com mit dem Betreff „Konto löschen“. Wir löschen dein Konto innerhalb von 30 Tagen und bestätigen es dir per E-Mail.

Was gelöscht wird

Sofort und endgültig: Profil, Profilfoto, deine Pläne, Teilnahmen, Chatnachrichten, Geräte-Token für Push-Benachrichtigungen und Einstellungen.

Was wir länger aufbewahren: Meldungen, die andere Personen über dich eingereicht haben, bis zu 12 Monate zum Schutz der Community. Technische Fehlerberichte (ohne Inhalte) werden spätestens nach 90 Tagen automatisch gelöscht. Mehr in der Datenschutzerklärung.

Delete your Hellohood account

In the app (instant)

  1. Open Hellohood and tap Profile.
  2. Tap the gear icon (Settings) at the top.
  3. Tap Delete account and confirm.

Without the app

Email hello@gethellohood.com from your account's email address with the subject "Delete my account". We delete your account within 30 days and confirm by email.

What is deleted

Immediately and permanently: your profile, photo, plans, joins, chat messages, push-notification device tokens and settings.

What we keep longer: reports other people filed about you, for up to 12 months to keep the community safe. Technical crash reports (no content) are deleted automatically within 90 days. See our privacy policy.
